tk55 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk55 website at tk55.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment interfaces, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the tk55 Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable incentive amounts credited to an Account separate from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds (or a combination of Bonus Funds and real-money Balance, as specified per promotion) before those Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the tk55 Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or by tk55 policy.
• "Payment Method" means any supported deposit and withdrawal mechanism, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "VIP Programme" means the multi-tier loyalty scheme operated by tk55, encompassing Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Black Diamond tiers.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tk55 account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox at the point of registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published amendment to this Agreement, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms & Conditions.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement. tk55 does not accept registrations from organisations; all accounts must be individual personal accounts.

This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the tk55 Privacy Policy and the tk55 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are accessible via the footer of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and those supplementary policies, this Agreement shall prevail.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on tk55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tk55 operates a strict 21+ policy. Registrations from individuals under the age of 21 will be rejected, and any Account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not hold tk55 Accounts.
• You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an Account closed by tk55 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of tk55 or any of its affiliated game or payment partners.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

04 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the tk55 Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tk55 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and retain any Balances as a penalty for the breach.

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the point of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid and actively monitored email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are required to keep this information current and to notify tk55 promptly of any changes via the account support channel.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must maintain your login credentials in strict confidence. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party under any circumstances. tk55 will treat all instructions received through your Account login as having been issued by you, and you accept full liability for any such activity.

tk55 may implement additional identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC procedures) at any time, including at the point of Account creation, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such procedures and to provide requested documentation within the timeframes specified by tk55.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from tk55 Accounts are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500 BDT. The maximum single deposit and the maximum daily deposit limit are subject to your current VIP tier and are communicated within your Account dashboard.

tk55 supports the following Payment Methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific Payment Method may vary from time to time based on operational or technical factors outside tk55's control. tk55 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of any material changes to Payment Method availability.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same Payment Method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to that Payment Method. tk55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests, including requesting identity verification documents, source-of-funds declarations, and proof of Payment Method ownership.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the point at which tk55 approves the request following any applicable verification steps:

• Bronze and Silver tier: Up to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Gold tier: Up to 3 hours during BST business hours.
• Diamond tier: Up to 1 hour during BST business hours.
• Black Diamond tier: Priority processing, target under 30 minutes during BST business hours.

tk55 does not impose fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, over which tk55 has no control and for which tk55 accepts no responsibility.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

tk55 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus or promotional credit, you accept the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tk55 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the promotion terms before they or any winnings generated from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements at the end of the validity period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms. In general, live casino table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot titles.
• tk55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the Player claiming it, without notice and without liability.
• tk55 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets designed to convert Bonus Funds to withdrawable Balance with minimal genuine risk.
• Players may opt out of any promotion by contacting support before claiming. Opting out has no impact on Account standing or future promotional eligibility.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games and betting markets available on the tk55 Platform are governed by the individual rules published within each game or market interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with these rules before participating. In the event of a dispute concerning game outcomes, the result recorded in the tk55 server logs shall be treated as definitive.

tk55 sources its game content exclusively from internationally certified providers including, without limitation, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO. All game titles sourced from these providers use random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. tk55 does not modify, influence, or have access to the underlying RNG outputs of any third-party game.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or platform outage — tk55's policy is as follows: where a game round was in progress at the time of the failure and no outcome was determined, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to the Player's real-money Balance. Where a game round was fully resolved prior to the technical failure, the recorded outcome stands. tk55 accepts no liability for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tk55 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug are not payable and will be reversed. You are required to report any such error to support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated accounts or third-party bonus arbitrage services.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform by making deposits with no genuine intention to participate in gaming activity.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward tk55 support staff or other Platform users.

09 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the tk55 Platform — including but not limited to the tk55 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software architecture, proprietary content, marketing materials, and the selection and arrangement of third-party game content — are the exclusive property of tk55 or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk55's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall tk55 be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, regardless of whether tk55 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk55 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such failure or delay results from causes beyond tk55's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

11 Responsible Gaming

tk55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players aged 21 and above in Bangladesh. We maintain a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard at all times, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you at defined intervals during an active gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen prompts displaying your net session result and elapsed play time at intervals of your choosing.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out period your Account cannot be used to deposit, wager, or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with no possibility of re-registration for a minimum of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected exclusion period.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of operating and administering your Account, processing financial transactions, conducting identity and age verification, detecting and preventing fraud and money laundering, fulfilling any applicable legal reporting obligations, and communicating with you about your Account and Platform services. tk55 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

tk55 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tk55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk55 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the published effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you have a positive real-money Balance, you may withdraw that Balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedures before closing your Account.

The date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions was last updated is displayed in the Table of Contents sidebar on this page. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tk55 Platform. In the event of any dispute between you and tk55 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting tk55 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial contact, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request through the tk55 support channel.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually waived.
